It's been so hard focusing on these since the school and tuition have been demotivating me to do all of that(I don't get enough to time, next day, I have tuitions, next next day I forgot what I was doing in first day)

says: Yup they are and that's why I quit them. But now you say that "how did you learn the other stuff without practicing". I did but not from those excercises. I did it by making some game's save file editor(File IO/Structs/Operations/Preprocessing/Strings/Bits) and that's about it. A combined "exercise" that takes like 4 months to complete. If you want to add GUI to it add another month to it and do it.
